The hotel's location near the train station proved quite convenient. Luggage transport was straightforward. halal food options close by were an added bonus! the staff were indeed helpful. Housekeeping was timely and efficient.
the breakfast was very ordinary, frankly it didn't meet my expectations. i was informed of a system error causing an overbooking and a necessary transfer. i found this quite inconvenient after my long drive.

The location was central, and close to the main rail station. The bed was very comfortable and I did appreciate the shower. The reception area was great, and the staff was very accommodating to my needs. I found the hotel fine overall.
The complimentary water bottle looked previously opened, this was concerning.

The beds are comfortable with both hard and soft pillows. Rooms was also clean upon arrival. The hotel provide various rooms, included, Classic Single Room, Family Executive Double Room, Junior Suite, Classic Double or Twin Room.

The staff members was kind and smiling. The hotel also provides valet and parking service. The personnel was very helpful in the dining area. They anticipate every need and resolves challenges instantly.

the staff was polite. the location was good in the heart of the city, near all the transportation, and it was easy to get around. i had a superior room and it was clean and nicely decorated.
The rooms felt a bit dated. there was a musky smell in my room, which wasn't pleasant? two separate beds were pushed together to make one. It wasn't ideal.
